Lofree Return & Refund Policy
1. General
Lofree does not offer a no-hassle return policy.
If you return products without approval, no refund will be issued.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging

You must include your receipt or proof of purchase
If you purchased the item from another retailer (not from the Lofree website), please contact that retailer for returns or refunds.
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

Obvious signs of use

Item is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

Return is made more than 30 days after delivery

2. What if you don’t like the product?
We’re sorry to hear that, but you may still return it.

You must make the return request within 7 days of receiving the parcel

You are responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs or tax fees

We currently cannot issue prepaid return labels, so you must arrange return shipping yourself

Once shipped, provide us with the courier name and tracking number
3. What if you received the wrong item?
If you received the wrong product:

Send us an image of the incorrect item

Include a photo of the tracking number written/printed on paper

Email both to: support@lofrees.us

Do this within 7 days of receiving the order
4. Want to cancel your order before receiving it?
If the product has already shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
You will need to wait for it to arrive and return it at your own expense if you still don't want it. Cancellation is only possible before dispatch.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:

We’ll notify you if the refund is approved

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process it
