Once you order, we will process it ASAP in 2 to 5 days and upload the tracking number within 7 days.

  • Economy Shipping: Takes around 5–8 days

  • Standard Shipping: Takes around 3–4 days
  • Express Shipping: Takes around 1–2 days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to local conditions or peak seasons like Christmas or Black Friday.

Shipping Information Tips

The delivery address must be detailed and accurate – including street number, building number, and room number. The zip code should match your city.

  1. China, Macau (SAR), and Hong Kong (SAR): Please fill out using Chinese address and names.

  2. Taiwan: You must provide Chinese name and address, and ID card number (passport number for foreigners). Please include the ID number in the order notes.

    • Taiwan Customs Requirement: You must download the Ezway app and register. Without registration, Taiwan Customs may confiscate the goods. We are not responsible for such losses or refunds.

  3. Korea: You must provide:

    • Korean name

    • Korean address

    • Personal Tax ID (P + 12 digits)

    • Phone number (010 + 8 digits)

    • All information must match or we cannot ship.

  4. Chile, Colombia, Turkey: Provide the recipient’s tax ID (CPF, CNP, VAT, Passport ID, or EOR).


We Do Not Ship To:

  1. Dependent islands

  2. South Africa: No delivery to dependent islands or addresses with “box,” “posbus,” “plot,” “plaas,” “farm,” “private bag,” or “privaat sak.”

  3. All Countries: No shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses

  4. Temporarily Restricted Countries: Russia, Belarus, Israel, Gibraltar


Multiple Parcel Deliveries

We aim to deliver all items together, but some products may be shipped separately due to varying logistics. You’ll receive a shipping notification for each shipment.


Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them.

  • No changes or cancellations allowed once the order is shipped.

  • Orders with incomplete or incorrect address details are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Lofree is not liable for lost packages due to address errors. No exchanges or refunds in such cases.


Parcel Declaration

Courier services do not accept custom declaration requests.


Duties & Import Taxes

Our prices do not include VAT or import duties. We aim to declare a comparatively lower value to minimize fees, but we cannot guarantee this.
