Lofree Warranty Policy

Lofree products are covered by a 12-month warranty.

📝 Note: This warranty is in addition to your legal rights as a consumer. Any remedies granted by law or the seller (e.g., returns, refunds, or repair) remain unaffected — including your right to claim for product issues within 12 months of purchase.


✅ What the Warranty Covers:

  • Any manufacturing defect or malfunction that arises within 12 months from the date of delivery to the original end-user.

  • All defects that do not match the product's specifications.

  • Batteries are also covered for 12 months.

  • If a defect occurs during the warranty period, Lofree will either repair or replace the item with a product of similar type and condition.


❌ What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Accessories & spare parts sold separately (e.g., cables, straps, etc.).

  • Damage due to:

    • Incorrect installation

    • Improper use

    • Unauthorized software modifications

    • Physical neglect (e.g., overdriven speakers, “burn-in”)

  • Acts of nature (e.g., lightning, fire, water damage).

  • Normal wear & tear of consumables (e.g., ear pads, cables).

  • Use beyond the expected lifetime of consumables.

  • Consequential damages or loss of use.

  • Product use outside its intended country of sale (due to differing technical standards or regulations).

  • Products with defaced/altered serial numbers.

  • Limited edition or special products cannot be guaranteed exact replacements.


📦 Incorrect Product or Color Received?

If you receive the wrong product or color, please:

  1. Take a photo showing the product alongside the tracking number (written or printed on paper).

  2. Email it to 📧 support@lofrees.us within 7 days of delivery.


⏳ Time-Sensitive Claim Rule:

If your tracking status says "Delivered" for more than 3 months, the delivery data will be removed from the courier’s site (like DHL), and we can no longer investigate or offer a refund.
⛔ Claims made after 3 months from “Delivered” status cannot be refunded.


🔄 Return Policy (Non-Defective Items)

If you change your mind and want to return a non-defective product:

  • You must cover the return shipping costs.

  • Once we receive the item at our Hong Kong warehouse, we’ll issue a refund via Stripe (product cost only).


🧾 How to Claim

To file a warranty claim, please include:

  • Your original invoice or proof of purchase

  • A photo or video showing the product defect

  • A short explanation of the issue
